Signs of a movement normally come when it come to quickly. Normal symptoms include:
Numbness or weakness, particularly when it come to one edge of the experience or body.

Trouble seeing
inconvenience walking, dizziness
Sudden serious headache
Symptoms of posterior movement include:
Dizziness/vertigo
Limb weakness when it come to one side
Headache
Nausea or vomiting
Staggering, uncoordinated gait
